A quote from our Director, Richard McCulloch:
"A significant amount of planning went into this project, which resulted in a very smooth, safe and successful operation. I'd like to thank Fife Council and Fife Constabulary for their efforts in making this project a success - but, most notably, the residents of Kincardine."
David Ross, Fife Council's executive spokesperson for housing, communities and local services, said: "With the last tower block now down, the land will be transferred to Kingdom Housing Association to build 16 mid-market rent homes. These will complement the 65 social rent that have already been built on the site of the former flats."
The three tower blocks contained 181 properties when first built.
